Cha ChingFor people who sell digital products
Cha Ching brings every marketplace you sell on onto one screen, takes the fees out, and hands you the next thing worth doing.
The demo is the whole product, running on realistic data. No account, no card, nothing counting down.
You know the routine. Etsy in one tab, Gumroad in another, Creative Fabrica in a third. Three numbers copied into a spreadsheet, added up — and the total is not your income, because every platform has already taken its cut, on its own terms, on its own day.
So you carry around three half-true totals and a bank balance that matches none of them.
Then there is everything the spreadsheet never catches. The refund that lands on Thursday and quietly reverses Monday’s good day. October arriving with the sudden certainty that Q4 should have started in August. The suspicion that one of your listings is underpriced, without knowing which one.
It was never that you didn’t care about your numbers. Nobody has ever put them in one place for you.
The Sales Growth Coach
Every dashboard can show you a line going up or down. Almost none of them tell you what to do about it on Monday morning. The Coach reads your own sales, products and traffic, then returns a short, ranked list of specific actions — each with an estimate of what it could be worth a month. Not a report. A list of jobs with money attached.

Your Pinterest traffic converts three times better than anything else — schedule five pins for your best seller.

estimated, per month
Three tips exactly as they appear in the demo shop. The figures are estimates — their job is to rank your effort, not to promise a result. And nothing changes in your shop unless you change it: the Coach suggests, you decide.
One tip that works, and the month has paid for itself. You will not apply all of them, and some estimates land under. It is still a forgiving threshold — and none of it has to be taken on trust. Open the demo and hold the tips up against what you already know about your own shop.
Connect your shops and Cha Ching does the arithmetic you have been doing by hand, every day, without being asked. No formulas to maintain. No exports. No Sunday evening spent reconciling five tabs.
A note on the word AI, since it has been worn thin. Here it means two things: copy drafted for you to edit, and forecasts you can check against your own instincts. It does not run your shop. You do.
The assistant drafts Etsy titles, tags and descriptions and writes Pinterest pins, working from the actual listing in front of it. A decent first draft in a minute instead of an hour.
Forecasts built from your own trading history, so Q4 stops being a surprise and starts being a plan you made in August.
Coupons, campaigns and abandoned carts, without opening three more dashboards.
Cha Ching installs to your phone’s home screen and opens like any other app, so a sale that lands while you are out can be looked at properly.
There is a full, working version of Cha Ching online right now, loaded with realistic shop data. No email, no card, no trial quietly counting down. Watch a sale arrive in the live feed. Open the financials and see the fees separated from the takings. Read the Coach’s tips and judge for yourself whether they sound like something a seller would actually say.
The real product, on demo data. Nothing to cancel.
No customer logos. No star ratings. No badge saying four thousand sellers trust it.
Cha Ching is new, and its first user is the person who built it. My own shop’s numbers have been running through it for months, which is why the fee arithmetic and the payout dates got the attention they did.
When there are sellers using it who are happy to be quoted — named, with their shop, and with the numbers of what actually changed — their words will go in this space. Fabricating them in the meantime would be a strange way to start a relationship about money.
Reserved for the first sellers who want to be quoted.
The demo stays free and doesn’t want a card. 0.5% of revenue funds carbon removal through Stripe Climate, on every plan.

Everything in Pro, permanently, including every feature added later. £333 is ten months of Pro — said here first, because you’d work it out in seconds anyway. A founder-era price, and it will end.
Get Life AccessWhy this exists
I sell digital products. Templates and printables, on the same platforms you use, and for two years my accounting system was a spreadsheet I updated on Sunday evenings and did not entirely trust.
I knew my Etsy takings and my Gumroad takings and my Creative Fabrica trickle. I did not know my income. I couldn’t have told you which listing made money once the fees had been taken, and when a month went quiet I couldn’t tell you why, so I assumed it was me.
I built Cha Ching because I wanted one screen that told me the truth and one short list that told me what to do next — not more charts to interpret at eleven at night. There are no investors and no growth team. It is your shop I want it to be useful for now.

Leave your email and you’ll get one short note a month: a worked example of a Coach tip with the numbers behind it, what has newly been built, and fair warning before founder-era Life Access pricing ends. No sequences, one click to stop.
Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Fabrica, Payhip and Ko-fi, plus around twenty more. If you sell in several places they all arrive in the same feed with the fees separated out. The free Demo plan covers one marketplace, so you can start with whichever one you check most often.
Be honest with yourself about which half you want. The unified view matters most when you sell in more than one place. The Coach and the per-product profit figures work perfectly well on a single shop — the pricing tips, the bundle patterns and the dip alerts all come from your own data. Etsy will show you sales. It will not tell you that your third-best product is underpriced.
It reads your sales history, your products and your traffic sources, and looks for four things: prices that sit low against comparable listings, products that buyers tend to purchase together, channels that convert better than the attention you give them, and weeks that fall outside your own normal range. Then it names the listing and the number, rather than suggesting you optimise your pricing strategy.
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something else. They are estimates built from your own numbers and from patterns across similar shops. Some will come in under and some over. Their real job is ranking: when you have an hour free on a Tuesday, they tell you which job is likely to be worth the most.
Not on its own. Cha Ching reads your sales and product data. When the Coach suggests raising a price or building a bundle, you decide whether to do it and you make the change yourself. Nothing gets repriced, relisted or posted because a dashboard thought it was a good idea.
It should be, and if it isn’t you shouldn’t pay it. The honest way to judge is to spend fifteen minutes in the free demo first. If nothing in there looks like it would earn you £33, stay on the free plan with my blessing.
No. Connecting a marketplace is a sign-in, not an integration. There is nothing to install unless you want the phone app, no spreadsheet to import, no formulas to fix when you add a product.
A fair question, and better answered than dodged. Cha Ching is new, and there are no invented testimonials on this page to hide that. What there is instead: the whole thing is open before you decide anything, the free plan needs no card, and Life Access exists so early sellers aren’t paying a subscription to a young product.
Because it is ten months of Pro, and that only makes commercial sense while Cha Ching is new. A small group of committed sellers who will say what to build next is worth more right now than squeezing the first hundred. It is a founder-era price and it will end. There is no timer on this page because there is no deadline worth pretending to.
Pro is month to month. Cancel whenever, no contract, no exit conversation. Life Access is a single payment with nothing to cancel, which is rather the point of it.
You already have the data. It’s just scattered across five dashboards, wearing five different disguises, with the fees hidden inside it.
